Booking Policy:	Valid credit card details are required for all bookings and are required to be shown on check in Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over. We also require photo identification and a $100 bond to be paid on check in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Deposit Policy:	One nights accommodation will be charged as a deposit when booking your accommodation by Abode St Kilda, the balance is payable on arrival to Abode St Kilda. For advance purchase bookings, full payment will be taken at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:	Easystay accepts cancellations without charge up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations made after 48 hours prior to arrival, will forfeit the deposit of the first nights accommodation. For non refundable booking, full payment will be taken at the time of booking and no refund will be issued.
Child Policy:	Up to two further children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. All children under 2 years are charged AUD 10 per night for children's cots/cribs. The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.
Noshow Policy:	If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, will forfeit the deposit of the first nights accommodation.
Other Policy:	Pets are not allowed.
