Booking Policy:	A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to enable the Hotel to take a deposit. Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROPERTY CHARGES BOOKINGS MADE WITH VISA and MASTERCARD 1.5% SURCHARGE; AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD and DINERS CARD 3.00% SURCHARGE - This surcharge is not included in the total cost of booking.
Deposit Policy:	The first nights booking is required as the deposit. Balance is payable on arrival. PLEASE NOTE THAT PROPERTY CHARGES BOOKINGS MADE WITH VISA and MASTERCARD 1.5% SURCHARGE; AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD and DINERS CARDS 3.00% SURCHARGE - This surcharge is not included in the total cost of booking.
Cancellation Policy:	Cancellations and refunds are not accepted after 24 hours of making an online booking. Any cancellation after 24 hours is up to the discretion of our reservations staff and cannot be guaranteed.
Child Policy:	Children over 14 are considered as an adult. Small children staying need to be mentioned at the time of booking. Please advise us in the 'comments' space or contact us directly as some apartments have internal staircases that are not suitable for small children.
Noshow Policy:	If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, your deposit will be forfeited plus an administration fee of AU $20.00.
Other Policy:	Over any Major Events full payment is required at time of booking & no refunds are available. Major Events are Melbourne Cup week, Grand Final Weekend, Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Cox Plate, Caufield Cup & Caulfield Guineas.
